When you use our Visitor Management System or Queue Management System, we may collect: visitor names, contact details, ID information (with masking for sensitive fields like Aadhar), photos, and visit logs. For web enquiries, we collect name, email, phone, and company information.
Information is used solely to operate the services you or your organisation has subscribed to, to respond to enquiries, and to improve our products. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. Sensitive fields such as Aadhar numbers are masked and stored only as required by law.
Visitor logs are retained for the period specified in your service agreement. Web enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months unless deletion is requested.
